Position Summary: We're looking for a hands-on, motivated, and organized Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations, manage staff, and help us grow the brand. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations (dine-in, take-out, and delivery)
- Lead and schedule front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- Ensure a clean, welcoming, and efficient environment at all times- Monitor inventory, food costs, and vendor orders
- Train new team members and reinforce our service standards
- Handle customer concerns and turn them into positive experiences
- Work closely with ownership on goals, promotions, and growth plans
- Enforce health & safety compliance across the board.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly
- Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Clover), delivery apps (Uber Eats/DoorDash), and basic reporting
- A passion for Mediterranean food and a commitment to quality- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Arabic) is a plus.
